As founder and lead instructor of the accredited Anatomy of Movement program , Alwyn travels throughout North America educating personal trainers and fitness professionals.
Dr. Alwyn Wong is a Toronto-based chiropractor, acupuncturist, professor, and personal trainer with over 20 years of experience in the health, fitness, and sport performance field. Alwyn uses an integrated treatment approach, improving joint mechanics with chiropractic manipulations, enhancing soft-tissue health with Active Release Techniques, and modulating the nervous system contemporary medical acupuncture.
His education includes a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Western, graduate from the Canadian memorial chiropractic college, as well as post-graduate courses in acupuncture, and training in Active Release Techniques.
His client based is extensive and ranges from the fitness enthusiasts to IFBB pros, Crossfit Games competitors, internationally ranked powerlifters and weight-lifters, professional boxers, MMA fighters as well Olympic athletes and NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL players.
