Farid Yaghini

Obsessed with self-optimization, Farid has spent decades experimenting with different wellness tactics which have had profound effects on all aspects of his life. Over the last five years, he has built on the Wellness Coaching Certificate he received from Humber College in Toronto by sharing his insights with students and private coaching clients.

For the past five years, Farid has also served as the Chairperson for Camp Aftermath, a wellness-centred Canadian-registered charity which supports veterans living with PTSD or experiencing mental health problems as a consequence of their duties in public safety roles.
